- Pregnant: Two district lines will appear in the test region, these may vary slightly in colour, they do not have to match. This means there is a strong possibility that you are pregnant.
- Not Pregnant: One Clear Coloured line appears in the control window, no line appears in the test window. This means there is a strong possibility that you are not pregnant.
- Invalid: The test is invalid if no coloured line appears in the test region. If the test is invalid you should repeat with a new midstream test. Although the test is highly accurate a low incidence of false results can occur. Please see sheet for more details from the kit.
- What should I do with my results?
If your pregnancy test results are positive, you should consult your doctor to discuss your pregnancy and what steps and precautions should be taken next. In addition, if your test is negative and you still suspect you may be pregnant, you may want to confirm your test results with another home pregnancy test a few days later. If you test too early you may get a negative result because not enough of the H.C.G. hormone has built up in your system.

2.Postage Charges
We aim to keep delivery charges as fair and clear as possible. All charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your postcode, parcel weight, and selected courier. Exact fees will appear before you confirm payment.

3. Delivery Times & Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Here’s what to expect by courier:
(1) Royal Mail Track 48H / Hermes / Yodel
- 2–4 working days (excludes weekends/UK public holidays).
- Full tracking via the courier’s portal (link in your email)
(2) Parcelforce / DPD
- Mainland UK: Next-day delivery (excludes weekends/holidays).
- Remote & Offshore Areas: 3–5 working days.
- Real-time tracking from dispatch to delivery.

- Tracking numbers are issued within 48 hours of order confirmation.
- Please note: Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Occasionally, delays can happen due to weather, courier backlogs, or other unforeseen issues — but we’ll always do our best to keep things on track.
4. Failed Deliveries & Redelivery
If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave a collection card. It is the buyer's responsibility to follow up with the courier for redelivery or collection.
- Return unclaimed items after 10 working days. A redelivery fee may apply—contact our team to arrange.

6.Damaged or Missing Parcels
All claims for damaged or missing parcels must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging for claim investigation.
